Who we are
In the field since 2005, ODS Distribution handles your entire event logistics chain, end to end : reception or pick-up → storage → preparation → transport → installation → dismantling → equipment return.
Born in the event industry (stand fabrication, fitting, assembly, dismantling and refurbishment), ODS built its know-how alongside leading communication and marketing agencies and major brands — with, as part of its history, the distribution of more than 40 press titles. Today, around 500 operations a year are delivered across France and Europe.

Yes. Our base is in Noisy-le-Sec (93), and we operate across France — Lille, Strasbourg, Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Nice, Nantes… — and throughout Europe. Transport, assembly and collection are handled by our own teams, never blindly subcontracted.
It's one of our core services. Your equipment is received, checked, inventoried and stored in our warehouse, then prepared and delivered on demand. Every client has online access to their stock status through our logistics platform — inbound, outbound, available quantities, delivery notes.
Yes, end to end : transport, handling, on-site assembly to brief, then dismantling, collection and tracked return to stock. You have a single point of contact from the first call to collection.
Every return goes through an inspection. Repairable equipment is refurbished rather than replaced — extending its life and reducing your costs ; what can't be repaired is recycled through appropriate channels. You are informed either way, with no billing surprises.
Both, since 2005. We are the logistics arm of event and marketing agencies — for brands such as Coca-Cola, Samsung or Orange — and we also work directly with brands, schools, local authorities and cultural venues. The way we collaborate adapts to your organisation.
